The FEG
Resource Processing Unit.
The Resource Processing Unit is not a single fixed plant or process. It is an adaptable technology platform: a bespoke combination of proven modules matched to each nation's waste streams — municipal, biomass and industrial — its operational maturity, and its volumes as they change.
The RPU transforms waste from a disposal liability into a resource.
We leave value, not waste.
Smaller configurations are a future development path, not a current offering.
A menu of outputs, blended to each country — not a fixed pipeline.
Any combination below can be configured into a deployment, and reconfigured as national priorities change.
Power
Electrical generation from thermal recovery, dispatched to the island grid or to a dedicated industrial load.
Heat Offtake
Process heat supplied to adjacent industry, laundries, food processing or desalination plant.
Desalinated Water
Recovered heat driving potable water production where fresh water is the binding constraint.
Industrial Salt
Salt production as a saleable by-product of the desalination and brine-handling stream.
Chemical Extraction
Recovery of chemicals and high-value fractions ahead of biomass incineration, not after it.
Mineralised Materials
Chemicals, cementitious materials, aggregates and engineered fill produced through mineralisation and Enhanced Weathering.
