Three working circuits group the Eastern Caribbean's island states into shared service areas. Mobile Resource Processing Units work on land or on a barge and move between the islands they serve — so no island pays for a plant it cannot fill.

Caribbean Deployment Circuits
Each circuit is a group of islands sharing one fleet of units, moved between them as needed. Groupings are indicative and subject to feasibility study and government agreement.
