Feasibility and site selection
Confirm feedstock, sites, product routes, environmental requirements and a credible engineering basis.
The immediate requirement is grant funding, technical assistance and non-dilutive development support—not an equity fundraising offer. Funding will translate existing building blocks into a site-specific, integrated and potentially financeable project.
An industrial-scale pilot targets integrated TRL 6–7 validation. Industrial deployment and later replication depend on demonstrated performance, approvals and viable economics. Commercial or project finance belongs to that later stage; no funding awards, commissioned pilot or confirmed deployment are implied.
The platform links waste-management costs, material imports, construction demand and resource recovery. Development finance institutions can support the evidence needed for a credible project; industrial partners can contribute engineering, technology integration, testing and potential offtake. Neither participation nor funding is assumed.

Develop the integrated pilot, laboratory test programme and operational validation plan.
Use results to establish costs, logistics, offtake, approvals and future project-finance readiness.
Funding amounts, programme eligibility, dates and partner commitments will be established through feasibility and agreed scopes. No guaranteed commercial returns are presented.
